70 square meter 2 bedroom with extension iterations.
This project was to design a 70 square meter 2 bedroom house that can be expanded with extensions over time. The layout has an innovative, space saving design in the bathroom and and kitchen as well as being a hallway free concept.

Thermal mass wall with an over hanging roof aligned to the sun angles of summer and winter to create a passive heating and cooling system.

Central fireplace, efficiently outputting heat to all rooms. (under the 3400 measurement)
